PERFECT FIT Reports.
PERFECT FIT has extremely powerful and flexible reporting capabilities. Reports can be run for all aspects of your business, in both detailed and summarized formats, and can be exported to Excel.
Here is just one example. It is an Income Statement from the General Ledger module:
Reports can be run by division or profit center, or consolidating all divisions.
There are many ways to format the statements, with up to 3 levels of headings and subtotals, and printouts for internal use or presentation.
The following window shows an Income statement in an interactive window.
Double clicking a line will drill down to detail for that account and time period.
Notice the 3 sales accounts outlined in red, and the Summarize button at the bottom of the window.
Clicking the Summarize button will combine all 3 accounts into a single line on the statement, as shown below.
The Accounts to be summarized are fully user controlled. They do not need to be on adjacent lines.
You can set up as many summary layers as you want, so a statement that takes 200 lines in its most detailed form can be summarized to 80 lines, and then can be summarized again to 30 lines for an “executive overview”.
The statements can be printed on paper for a more formal format.
